Should we give second chances? Are they of any use? Do they apply to every area of life? How many second chances should there be? How many should we give and ask for? Should there even be third, fourth, unlimited chances? For everything and everyone?
Can we equate second chances with tripping over the same stone twice? Do we tend to trip over the same stone two, five, twenty-seven times?
Who benefits from second chances: the one who gives them or the one who receives them? Are they open to abuse? What would life be without second chances? Should they not exist at all?
